MONTEROSSO
Also called Monterosso al mare is the first of the five villages. Monterosso is also the largest village of 5 terre. A part from the spetacular colored houses located on the hill, Monterosso also offers sandy beaches, good choice of hotels, restaurants and bars. Furthermore its also the village that is most easily accesible by car.
VERNAZZA
Vernazza is a favorite among many locals and tourists, and is one of the most beautiful villages in Cinque Terre.​ I​ts known for its beautiful harbor, colorful buildings and charming athmosphere. The
village is known for its medieval tower houses, winding streets and sea side promenade. You can also enjoy some shopping and typical
Ligurian seafood.
CORNIGLIA
Corniglia is located in the very heart of 5 terre and is the most central among the five villages. However its often overlooked by many tourists, cause unlikely the other villages its not directly facing the sea.
RIOMAGGIORE
Riomaggiore is known for its
colorful buildings that cling to the cliffs overlooking the sea.
The village is characterized by narrow streets, steep staircases, and stunning views of the sea.
The harbor is a hub of activity, with fishing boats in the water and seafood restaurants.
In Riomaggiore you can explore
the village on foot, wandering through its charming streets. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking along
scenic coastal trails, taking boat trips along the coast, and enjoying the local cuisine.
Riomaggiore, along with the other villages of the Cinque Terre, has been designated a UNESCO
World Heritage Site in recognition
of its unique cultural and natural significance.
MANAROLA
